Tender baked chicken breasts smothered in a rich, creamy Caesar-Parmesan sauce for an easy, flavorful weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat chicken dry and place in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, and paprika.
- Spoon the creamy Parmesan mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Broil for 2–3 minutes to brown the top, if desired.
- Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.

- Use high-quality Caesar dressing for best flavor.
- Greek yogurt can replace sour cream for a lighter version.
- Add extra Parmesan on top before broiling for a deeper crust.
