These BLT wraps take the classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato combo to the next level with a creamy, tangy secret sauce wrapped in a soft tortilla — the perfect quick and flavorful lunch or dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas (810 inches)
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • Secret Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all secret sauce ingredients — mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them more pliable.
  4. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of secret sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  5. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, avocado (if using), and crispy bacon strips down the center of each tortilla.
  6. Drizzle a little more sauce on top, then roll up tightly — folding in the sides as you go to secure the wrap.
  7. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately. For a crispier wrap, grill briefly on a panini press or skillet until lightly golden.
