Description
This Biscoff Banana Pudding with Caramel is a decadent, no-bake dessert that layers creamy vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, crushed Biscoff cookies, and luscious caramel sauce. It’s a luxurious twist on the Southern classic, perfect for parties or indulgent nights in.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4 large ripe bananas, sliced
- 24 Biscoff cookies (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Let it set for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the cream cheese mixture into the prepared pudding, stirring until fully combined. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture to lighten it.
- In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, begin layering: start with a layer of crushed or whole Biscoff cookies, followed by sliced bananas, then pudding mixture, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a smooth layer of pudding on top.
- Spread the remaining whipped cream over the top and garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies and a final drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the cookies to soften slightly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use salted caramel for a sweet-salty contrast.
- Layer in individual dessert cups for an elegant presentation.
- Best served chilled within 24 hours for optimal texture.
- You can substitute vanilla pudding with banana pudding for a stronger banana flavor.
