Description

This Biscoff Banana Pudding with Caramel is a decadent, no-bake dessert that layers creamy vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, crushed Biscoff cookies, and luscious caramel sauce. It’s a luxurious twist on the Southern classic, perfect for parties or indulgent nights in.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 large ripe bananas, sliced
  • 24 Biscoff cookies (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Let it set for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the prepared pudding, stirring until fully combined. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture to lighten it.
  5. In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, begin layering: start with a layer of crushed or whole Biscoff cookies, followed by sliced bananas, then pudding mixture, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a smooth layer of pudding on top.
  7. Spread the remaining whipped cream over the top and garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies and a final drizzle of caramel sauce.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the cookies to soften slightly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, use salted caramel for a sweet-salty contrast.
  • Layer in individual dessert cups for an elegant presentation.
  • Best served chilled within 24 hours for optimal texture.
  • You can substitute vanilla pudding with banana pudding for a stronger banana flavor.
