Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the cooled crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together butterscotch pudding mixes and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping, spreading evenly.
- Garnish with chopped pecans and a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving for best texture and flavor.
