Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add Velveeta cubes and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and mix well.
- Add cooked rigatoni and toss until evenly coated.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
