Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions and spread evenly in the pan.
- Bake the brownie layer for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the partially baked brownie layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and gently swirl with a knife.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly on top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until the center is just set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
