Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions and spread evenly in the pan.
  3. Bake the brownie layer for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  6. Pour cheesecake mixture over the partially baked brownie layer.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and gently swirl with a knife.
  8. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly on top.
