Description

Cheesecake with Pumpkin Swirl is a creamy classic cheesecake beautifully marbled with spiced pumpkin puree, combining rich vanilla flavor with warm autumn spices for a perfect seasonal dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Remove 1 cup of the cheesecake batter and mix with pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
  8. Pour plain cheesecake batter over the crust.
  9. Spoon pumpkin mixture on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  10. Bake for 45–50 minutes until center is slightly set.
  11. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
