Ingredients
- 250g pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 6 strips beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet (or 2 tbsp) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, milk, and ranch seasoning. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Mix in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked chicken and crumbled beef bacon to the sauce and stir well.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker preparation.
- Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
