Ingredients

  • 250g pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 6 strips beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 packet (or 2 tbsp) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream, milk, and ranch seasoning. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Mix in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked chicken and crumbled beef bacon to the sauce and stir well.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
