Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta is a creamy, comforting pasta dish made with tender chicken, crispy turkey bacon, ranch-seasoned cream sauce, and melted cheese—perfect for a satisfying weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 350 g pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 450 g boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 150 g turkey bacon (chopped)
- 240 ml cooking cream
- 120 ml milk
- 1 packet (30 g) ranch seasoning mix
- 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Cook until chicken is golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Reduce heat to low and add cooking cream, milk, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
- Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated with sauce.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use turkey bacon to keep the dish halal-friendly.
- You can add spinach or broccoli for extra vegetables.
- Adjust sauce thickness with extra milk if needed.
- Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
