Description

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta is a creamy, comforting pasta dish made with tender chicken, crispy turkey bacon, ranch-seasoned cream sauce, and melted cheese—perfect for a satisfying weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 350 g pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 450 g boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 150 g turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 240 ml cooking cream
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 packet (30 g) ranch seasoning mix
  • 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Cook until chicken is golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Drain excess fat if needed.
  5. Reduce heat to low and add cooking cream, milk, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  6. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  7. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Add cooked pasta and toss until fully coated with sauce.
  9. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  10. Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve warm.
