Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Add soy sauce and chili flakes if using.
  8. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with sauce.
  9. Add cooked ramen noodles and toss until fully combined.
  10. Garnish with green onions and parsley. Serve hot.
