- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add soy sauce and chili flakes if using.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with sauce.
- Add cooked ramen noodles and toss until fully combined.
- Garnish with green onions and parsley. Serve hot.
