Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
  5. Add the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan and coat it with the cheese sauce.
  7. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to ensure the chicken is fully coated and the sauce is heated through.
