Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
- Add the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Return the chicken to the pan and coat it with the cheese sauce.
- Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to ensure the chicken is fully coated and the sauce is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
