Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
- 1/2 cup chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup green chilies, chopped (optional for extra spice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander or basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Mix chili garlic sauce with tomato pizza sauce to create a spicy base.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with shredded chicken, sliced onions, bell peppers, and green chilies.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the toppings.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and season with oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
