Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 1/2 cup chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green chilies, chopped (optional for extra spice)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander or basil leaves for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Mix chili garlic sauce with tomato pizza sauce to create a spicy base.
  4. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Top with shredded chicken, sliced onions, bell peppers, and green chilies.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the toppings.
  7. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
