A fun and indulgent chocolate chip dessert pizza made with a soft cookie-style crust, melted chocolate chips, and sweet toppings, perfect for parties or sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
- Whipped cream or chocolate drizzle for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a round pizza pan.
- Press the cookie dough evenly into the pan, forming a pizza shape.
- Brush the surface lightly with melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden but still soft in the center.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the hot crust.
- Let the chocolate melt slightly, then spread gently if desired.
- Cool for 10 minutes before adding optional toppings.
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce if using.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the crust soft.
- You can add marshmallows, nuts, or caramel drizzle.
