Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies or chocolate cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles or crushed nuts (for coating)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed cookies or cereal with chocolate wafer crumbs.
  2. Add melted chocolate and melted butter; stir until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
  4. Scoop small portions of the chocolate mixture and flatten slightly in your palm.
  5. Add a small spoonful of cream filling to the center.
  6. Carefully wrap chocolate mixture around the filling and roll into a ball.
