Description

Juicy, flavor-packed burgers seasoned with ranch and cheddar, topped with crispy bacon for an irresistible meal that lives up to its name – Crack Burgers.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles (optional toppings)
  • Mayonnaise, ketchup, or ranch dressing (optional spreads)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, bacon crumbles, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix gently until just combined – do not overwork the meat.
  3. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
  4. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates or pan.
  5. Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Toast buns lightly on the grill or in a skillet.
  7. Assemble burgers with desired toppings and condiments.
  8. Serve hot with fries, chips, or salad.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, top with more cheddar cheese and an extra strip of bacon.
  • Ground chicken or turkey can be substituted for a lighter version.
