- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced into thin strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and ranch dressing; whisk until smooth.
- Add Parmesan and stir until sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in mozzarella until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Simmer 1–2 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Use chicken instead of steak for a lighter protein option.
- Reserve some pasta water in case you want to thin the sauce.
- Freshly grated mozzarella melts more smoothly than pre-shredded.
