Crispy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor, these air fryer pizza rolls are a fun and easy snack made with simple ingredients and cooked to golden perfection in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 package (12–15 count) frozen pizza rolls or homemade (see below)
- 1 package egg roll or wonton wrappers (if homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for sealing edges)
- Nonstick spray or olive oil (for air fryer)
- Extra pizza sauce or marinara, for dipping
Instructions
- For Homemade Pizza Rolls: Lay out wrappers and add 1 tsp pizza sauce, a pinch of mozzarella, and a few pepperoni bits in the center of each wrapper. Sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning.
- Brush edges with beaten egg, fold, and press firmly to seal (use a fork for extra tight edges).
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange pizza rolls in a single layer without overlapping.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for 2 minutes (filling will be hot!). Serve with warm pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary depending on air fryer model — check at 6 minutes.
- To make ahead, freeze unbaked rolls on a tray, then store in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
