Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt, to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash and dice cucumbers into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add cucumbers, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve cold as a side dish or light lunch.
