Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Melt butter and chocolate chips together until smooth.
- Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until glossy.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Fold dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
