Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a square baking pan.
- Melt the butter and mix with sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
