Sweet and savory corn on the cob brushed with a buttery honey glaze, roasted or grilled to perfection for a simple yet flavorful side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 ears corn on the cob, husked
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the glaze generously over each ear of corn.
- Grill corn for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender. (If baking, place on a lined sheet pan and roast for 20–25 minutes.)
- Brush with extra glaze before serving and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lime juice over corn before serving.
- Can substitute chili powder for paprika for a spicier version.
