Description

Sweet and savory corn on the cob brushed with a buttery honey glaze, roasted or grilled to perfection for a simple yet flavorful side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn on the cob, husked
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the glaze generously over each ear of corn.
  4. Grill corn for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender. (If baking, place on a lined sheet pan and roast for 20–25 minutes.)
  5. Brush with extra glaze before serving and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lime juice over corn before serving.
  • Can substitute chili powder for paprika for a spicier version.
