Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter or oil.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
