- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

- Place half of the banana slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter on each banana slice.
- Top each with another banana slice to make a sandwich.
- Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.
- Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each frozen banana sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
- Place the coated bites back on the parchment-lined tray and sprinkle chopped peanuts and sea salt on top.
- Freeze again for 1–2 hours or until fully set.
- Serve directly from the freezer and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- You can use almond butter or sunflower seed butter for a nut-free option.
- Dark chocolate makes this dessert lower in sugar and higher in antioxidants.
- Let the bites sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating for the best texture.
