Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in crumbled bacon.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and evenly spread beef mixture over each.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over rollups.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  10. Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.
