Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are juicy, cheesy mini burgers wrapped in golden biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to perfection. They’re bite-sized, flavorful, and perfect for parties, game days, or a fun weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
-
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- Garlic Butter Topping:
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a cube of cheddar cheese in the center.
- Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
- Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can use mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for a twist.
- Make ahead by assembling the bombs and refrigerating them until ready to bake.
- To reheat, pop them in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes.
- These are great served as sliders, appetizers, or a fun lunch idea for kids.
