Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are juicy, cheesy mini burgers wrapped in golden biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to perfection. They’re bite-sized, flavorful, and perfect for parties, game days, or a fun weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1/2 cup diced onion
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
    • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

  • Garlic Butter Topping:
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a cube of cheddar cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
  10. Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • You can use mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for a twist.
  • Make ahead by assembling the bombs and refrigerating them until ready to bake.
  • To reheat, pop them in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes.
  • These are great served as sliders, appetizers, or a fun lunch idea for kids.
