Description
Juicy grilled chicken breasts marinated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan cheese for a flavorful, smoky, and cheesy main dish.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- Marinate longer for more intense flavor.
- Can also be cooked on a grill pan or baked at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Pairs well with roasted vegetables, rice, or pasta.
