Description

Juicy grilled chicken breasts marinated in ranch seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan cheese for a flavorful, smoky, and cheesy main dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • Marinate longer for more intense flavor.
  • Can also be cooked on a grill pan or baked at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.
