Ingredients
- 1 can (567 g) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, such as pecans or walnuts)
- 1 tub (226 g) whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and dry vanilla pudding mix. Stir until thickened.
- Add the shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts if using. Mix gently.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
