Description

A rich, gooey brownie loaf bursting with hot fudge flavor, featuring a fudgy center and crisp brownie edges—perfect for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for swirling)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Mix in eggs, hot fudge sauce, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt just until combined—avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour batter into the loaf pan and drizzle 2–3 tablespoons of extra hot fudge on top. Swirl gently.
  7. Bake for 40–50 minutes, until the center is set but still fudgy.
  8. Cool at least 20 minutes before slicing for clean cuts.
