Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for swirling)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Mix in eggs, hot fudge sauce, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt just until combined—avoid overmixing.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and drizzle 2–3 tablespoons of extra hot fudge on top. Swirl gently.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes, until the center is set but still fudgy.
- Cool at least 20 minutes before slicing for clean cuts.
