Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)
Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour chocolate mixture into serving glasses or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Top with fresh raspberries just before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar, garnish with chocolate shavings and mint if desired.
