Ingredients

  • 1 baked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese, drained
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
  • Chocolate shavings or crushed cannoli shells for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat ricotta cheese until smooth.
  2. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until creamy.
  3. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest.

  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
