Ingredients

- 2 cups vanilla pudding or custard
- 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1/2 cup fruit juice or light syrup (optional, for soaking)

Instructions
- Cut cake into bite-sized cubes.
- If using, lightly drizzle cake cubes with fruit juice or syrup.
- In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, layer cake cubes on the bottom.
- Spread a layer of vanilla pudding over the cake.
- Add a layer of mixed fresh fruit.
- Top with a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
- Garnish with fruit or mint leaves.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
