Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup lemonade (fresh or bottled)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, lemonade, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze.
- While the cake is still warm, drizzle glaze evenly over the top.
