Description

A creamy and indulgent layered dessert made with a peanut butter cookie crust, rich peanut butter cream, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping – all without baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) package peanut butter sandwich cookies (like Nutter Butters), crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) container whipped topping, divided
  • 2 (3.9 oz) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed peanut butter cookies with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread mixture evenly over the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over peanut butter layer.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts on top for garnish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add a layer of chopped Reese’s cups or crushed pretzels between layers.
  • Best served chilled – keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
