Description
Easy, no-bake Oreo balls made with crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and coated in chocolate – a bite-sized treat perfect for parties or gifting.
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz semisweet or white chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp sprinkles or crushed Oreos (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a large bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined into a dough-like mixture.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze balls for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place back on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with crushed Oreos or sprinkles while chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until chocolate is set.
Notes
- Use double-stuffed Oreos for a creamier filling.
- Switch up coatings by using white chocolate, dark chocolate, or candy melts.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
