Description

Easy, no-bake Oreo balls made with crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and coated in chocolate – a bite-sized treat perfect for parties or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semisweet or white chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles or crushed Oreos (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined into a dough-like mixture.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze balls for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place back on baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos or sprinkles while chocolate is still wet.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until chocolate is set.

Notes

  • Use double-stuffed Oreos for a creamier filling.
  • Switch up coatings by using white chocolate, dark chocolate, or candy melts.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
