Ingredients
- 1 box buttery round crackers (about 40 crackers)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each cracker.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Top each cracker with mini pepperoni slices.
- Sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving.
