Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  4. Top each patty with cheddar cheese and let melt.
  5. Toast hamburger buns lightly.
  6. Assemble burgers by spreading ranch dressing on buns, adding lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  7. Place the cheeseburger patty on the bun and add two slices of bacon per burger.
