Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Top each patty with cheddar cheese and let melt.
- Toast hamburger buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers by spreading ranch dressing on buns, adding lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Place the cheeseburger patty on the bun and add two slices of bacon per burger.
- Top with the remaining bun and serve warm.
