Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup halal chicken sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing muffin tin


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
