Description

A quick and flavorful seafood recipe featuring juicy shrimp sautéed in garlic butter sauce and tossed with pasta for a restaurant-quality meal at home.

Ingredients

  • 350 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 300 g pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 120 ml cooking cream
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in cooking cream and lemon juice.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until sauce is smooth.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Cook for 2 minutes until heated through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
  • You may substitute cream with milk for a lighter sauce.
  • Add spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra color and nutrition.
  • Best served fresh.
