Slow Cooker Meatballs are tender, juicy meatballs simmered low and slow in a rich, flavorful sauce—perfect for parties, weeknight dinners, or easy meal prep.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground halal beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let soak for 2 minutes.
- Add ground beef, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently.
- Form mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Pour marinara sauce evenly over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Once cooked, gently stir to coat meatballs in sauce.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired. Serve warm.

- Avoid overmixing to keep meatballs tender.
