Ingredients
- 4 hoagie rolls or hot dog buns
- 8 crispy chicken tenders (homemade or store-bought)
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup honey mustard sauce
- 1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
- Optional: lettuce, pickles, or sliced tomatoes for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Lightly butter the inside of the hoagie rolls and toast them in a skillet or oven until golden brown.
- Place two chicken tenders into each toasted bun.
- Top each sandwich with two slices of bacon and a slice of cheese.
- Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Drizzle generously with honey mustard sauce.
