Ingredients
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed golden sandwich cookies
- 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Mix crushed cookies, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Scoop cheesecake mixture into small balls.
- Dip cheesecake balls in melted white chocolate if using.
- Roll each ball in the strawberry crunch mixture until fully coated.
- Place bites on a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
