Soft, chewy mini bagels stuffed with a creamy cheese filling—perfect for breakfast, snacking, or dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 oz cream cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Everything bagel seasoning (or sesame/poppy seeds)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in Greek yogurt until a dough forms. Knead lightly until smooth.
- Divide dough into 8 portions and flatten each into a small circle.
- Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of each circle and pinch the dough fully around it to seal.
- Shape each sealed dough piece into a small bagel by gently forming a ring.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
