Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Everything bagel seasoning (or sesame/poppy seeds)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in Greek yogurt until a dough forms. Knead lightly until smooth.
  4. Divide dough into 8 portions and flatten each into a small circle.
  5. Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of each circle and pinch the dough fully around it to seal.
  6. Shape each sealed dough piece into a small bagel by gently forming a ring.
  7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
  8. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly and serve warm.
